Alex's Serenade for Tenor, Horn and Strings, written for Benjamin Britten’s centenary, is performed in St John’s College Chapel, Cambridge. Alex conducts an ensemble of Cambridge’s best string players; Toby Ward, of the Choir of King’s College, Cambridge, and Alexei Watkins, of the Royal Academy of Music, are soloists.
